At Cordée Cases, we want you to love your accessory as much as we loved designing it. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in their original, unused condition.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your Cordée case in its original protective packaging to ensure it remains scratch-free during transit.
Attach the Label
Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.
Refund Processing
Once our quality team inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
